When we receive a hydraulic unit for repair, we begin by thoroughly disassembling and cleaning it to conduct a detailed inspection. During this process, we meticulously check all precision fits to ensure they meet the required tolerances. Any worn, broken, or missing parts are documented for replacement. Following this evaluation, our customer service representative will provide you with a competitive repair quote.

Once you approve the quotation, we clean the unit again, recheck the tolerances, and prepare it for the repair process. Our highly trained technicians recondition or replace all contact surfaces and install new seals, bearings, and replacement parts. If any part is obsolete or cannot be repaired or reconditioned, our in-house machine shop can manufacture replacements that meet or exceed OEM specifications, helping to reduce costs and facilitate a fast turnaround.

After reassembly, each unit undergoes dynamic testing. RSP has developed the industry’s most comprehensive line of dedicated open- and closed-loop pump test stands. We conduct these tests to ensure that every repaired unit meets or exceeds OEM specifications, covering pressures up to 350 bar and flows up to 200 L/min.
